     Medina Roofing pledges to Guarantee all Roof Installations for 15 years. Medina Roofing will provide materials as well as labor at no cost to the Homeowner. Our guarantee supersedes the manufacturer's warranty, as we do not rely on a claim approval. In other words, Medina Roofing will resolve any issues, whether it is validated by a specific Manufacturer. The Warranty process can often take years to resolve with Manufacturers, all of which is avoided by our Strong & Trustworthy Guarantee. We use superior products, exceed building codes and are confident in our craftsmanship. 

     Our Strong & Trustworthy Guarantee protects Homeowners in three key instances:

1. Premature Material Defects: In the case that materials have abnormal defects or premature wear and tear. (Only on recommended shingle options) 
2. Failure of the Roof System: In the case that all or part thereof the Roofing system has malfunctioned.
3. Application error: In the case that the Roof System has not been installed to Professional standards.
