     Medina Roofing is proud to offer Interest-Free Financing to all Homeowners. Our process is simple, and free of third-party affiliation. Our contracts are flexible, penalty free and are designed to meet each Homeowners unique needs. 

     Contracts range from 12 to 24 months and require a minimum of 60% down payment. 30% shall be paid prior to the commencement of the project, with the final 30% being paid upon completion. Homeowners shall pay the remaining 40% in monthly installments for up to 24 months. Homeowners may cancel a contract prior to the commencement of the project, except in cases where a special order is made. This method serves two main purposes. Firstly, it allows Homeowners to ease the financial burden associated with a roof replacement. Secondly, it puts the onus on Medina Roofing to provide quality roofing projects that stand the test of time. The reality is that most Roofing failures occur within the first few years of application. 

     Our contracts are transparent, straight-forward and ultimately designed to protect Homeowners. Medina Roofing does not benefit from our payment options, rather, we seek to provide an avenue to shield Homeowners from predatory third-party financing companies. Furthermore, we voluntarily give the Homeowner leverage in any potential contract. In essence, when you Trust Medina, Medina will Trust you. Our financing therefore, is our philosophy in action.
